Soup Sundays: 12 Cozy Recipes to Warm Your Week
Sundays were made for simmering pots, cozy kitchens, and family gathered around the table. That’s why I love the idea of Soup Sundays—a simple, delicious way to end the weekend and begin the week with comfort.
Soup Sundays can be as easy or as elaborate as you like: a big pot of classic chili, a hearty chowder, or a lighter vegetable soup with warm bread on the side. However you make it, it’s a tradition worth starting.
Here are some of my favorite soup recipes to inspire your Sundays this fall.
Classic Favorites
Chicken and Potato Soup
Hearty & Filling (Chili Recipes)
Vegetable-Forward & Healthy
Seafood Chowders
Seasonal & Cozy
Panera Autumn Squash Soup (Favorite soup this season)
For me, soup isn’t only for the cooler days of fall and winter, but year-round. I have an entire collection of easy soup recipes on 31Daily, where you can browse for ideas such as pureed soups, chili recipes, chicken soup, chowder, vegetable soups, and more.
I’d love to know if you’ll be starting a Soup Sundays tradition in your home. What soup will you make first? Tag me or leave a comment—I’d love to feature your favorites in a future roundup as we begin this new series together.
Here’s to Soup Sundays, and to a season of cozy kitchens and full tables.
With warmth,
Stephanie
P.S. Every tradition begins at the table. What tradition are you starting this season?
